Our patients have the right to voice concerns and inquire about the care and service they receive at St. Joseph Hospital.

If you, a friend, or a family member would like to submit a complaint or inquiry, please contact our Patient Advocate. Calls may also be placed to Department of Health and Human Service of NH at (800) 852-3345, and/or DNV at P: 1-866-496-9647, F: 1-513-947-1250, or the Patient Complaint Report on the DNV Web Site.
