Honor the memory of someone's life.
As the donor, you will receive an acknowledgment of your tax-deductible gift. We will notify the honoree and/or a family member/next-of-kin of your kind gesture, if you provide us with the name and mailing address.
We will remember all honorees:
- At our weekly mass in the Chapel
- At special memorial services, and
- By planting a commemorative daisy during Founder's Day each spring.
When a Tribute Fund is established for an individual, we will continue to monitor the growth of the fund and provide the appropriate recognition and periodic updates to the honoree or family members. Establish a Tribute Fund.
Making a Donation
Attractive Tribute donation cards are available throughout the hospital, in the gift shop, at the main reception desk, from the Resource Development Department, or from Spiritual Care Services. Tribute cards and mailing envelopes are also available at local funeral homes and churches. Donors should complete the information requested on the donation card, including the appropriate person(s) to be notified, and return it with their donation to St. Joseph Hospital.
