Get With The GuidelinesĀ® Stroke

The Get With The Guidelines® Stroke program is the American Heart Association's in-hospital process for continuous quality improvement to improve stroke patient treatment and prevent future hospitalizations. The main focus is on care team procedures to ensure that patients are treated and discharged on appropriate medications and with risk modification counseling.
