Dr. Chang

Medical Director, Breast Care Center

Dr. Chang has been a pioneering member of the Breast Care Center team, joining Nashua Radiology in 1997. She has dedicated her practice to breast imaging and completed a fellowship at the nationally renowned Faulkner-Sagoff Breast Imaging and Diagnostic Center, an innovative program of breast care at Faulkner Hospital in Boston. There she trained with Director and Radiologist Norman Sadowsky, M.D., a leader in breast imaging and diagnosis. Dr. Chang will be located directly in the Breast Care Center where she will provide consultation and analysis to patients with breast disease.

Dr. Chang received her medical degree from the Brown-Dartmouth Program in Medicine and completed internships in Family Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her residency in Radiology at the University of Pittsburgh. Board Certified in Radiology, she is a member of the Society of Breast Imagers, the American Roentgen Ray Society, and the Radiologic Society of America. She has attended conferences on the development of Comprehensive, Multi-speciality Breast Care Centers given by Harvard Medical School, Brown University and the University of Pittsburgh. She is also past recipient of the Wyeth Award for Best Public Service Project in the United States sponsored by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Eileen Corbeille, RN, OCN
Breast Health Specialist

Eileen graduated from Foothills School of Nursing, 3 year diploma registered nurse programme in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She has extensive experience in women’s health and is focused on helping breast cancer patients and their families access the information and care they need. Since joining The Breast Care in 2004, Eileen has worked to educate women about breast health. She serves as a valuable resource to promote the physical and emotional well-being of our patients and the ones they love. She is an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) and a member of the Oncology Nursing Society.

Deborah J. Welch, RTR (M)
Lead Mammography Technologist

A graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and Massachusetts General Hospital, Deborah has been an advocate for mammography for more than 20 years. She has extensive experience in all aspects of supervising and coordinating daily operation of Radiology. Before joining The Breast Care Center, Deborah was the manager of Operations for Boston University Radiology Associates. There she performed mammography and general diagnostic radiology services, as well as leading all technical and supervisory functions.

Deborah has been responsible for establishing and monitoring the Mammography Quality Standards and credentialing policies in compliance with federal and state guidelines. She is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists.
