Community Health Education Inclement Weather Procedure:
When school is in session, our daytime classes follow the callings of a class location's school district. If there is a morning delay or a school cancellation in the town where your class is located, then there will be no class that day.
If school is not in session, or if your class is held after 12:00 PM, please be sure to check your email as well as tune into WMUR for the status of your class.
Yoga provides tension relief, improved concentration, ease of movement, enhanced self-image, and increased vitality. Leader Valerie Forde-Galvin, trained in Integrative Yoga Therapy, M.A. in Counseling and Psychotherapy, and Certified in Creative Stress Transformation.
Join us two days a week for Zumba, which combines dance and fitness moves to burn calories while having fun. Zumba is Latin inspired and combines international rhythms with easy-to-followdance steps. All levels of fitness are welcome to join this party!
Fit and Young for Life: A Strength and Balance Training Program for Seniors
This program is designed for those 55 and older who would like assistance in maintaining muscle strength, flexibility, and functionality. In order to participate in this class, participants must complete a medical clearance packet.
This fun, but gentle class combines fat-burning aerobics with muscle-building exercises and stretching. Low-impact classes are ideal for people just beginning an exercise program, as well as people who experience muscle or joint pain.
All classes require a completed Exercise Release Form be competed.
