Fit and Young for Life: A Strength and Balance Training Program

Classes meet twice per week throughout the year
This is a 10-week program. It is designed for those 55 years old or older who would benefit from improving muscle strength and flexibility.

Health Seminar: Achieving Your Goals One Step At A Time

Are you living your best life? Can you keep up with your family and friends? Is your fitness level where you’d like it to be? Set and achieve your goals with the help of Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach Kevin Burgess, ACE-CHC, of Total Human Performance. This class is for people striving to make lifestyle changes by discovering innovative ways to improve their health — one step at a time.

AARP Smart Driver™

This is a two-part refresher course. It reviews the skills seniors need to drive carefully and remain independent and safe.

Advance care directives are legal documents that convey your medical care preferences in the event you can’t do so. An appointment with one of our Licensed Social Workers will encourage you to consider your options as well as help you complete your advance care plan.
