Super Sitters (ages 11 to 13 years)

Tuesday, April 30, 2019 • 3:30 PM-6:00 PM
Register early for this popular, one-time class. Super Sitters teaches children the skills needed to be responsible and safe, not only while babysitting, but also while at home alone. Topics include safe marketing practices, basic first aid, child development, safe play ideas, feeding, bathing, diapering and more.
Fee: $35 - Includes a light snack and resource bag

Mommy and Me Yoga
For babies six weeks or older

Wednesdays, April 17-May 15 • 11:00–11:45 a.m.
Join instructor Brandy Hill for this specially designed mom and baby yoga class. Learn gentle poses that focus on postpartum recovery, reclaiming your body, developing strength and improving flexibility. You’ll benefit from breath work and calming techniques while socializing with other new moms.
This four-week session is held at Banyan Tree Yoga, 5 Pine Street Extension, Unit 2A, Nashua.

Easter EGGstravaganza (just stop by)

Saturday, April 6 • 10:00 a.m.–noon
Hop on down to St. Joseph Hospital to celebrate spring and the Easter holiday! Kids of all ages will enjoy fun activities including face painting, games and cookie frosting as well as arts and crafts. This is a wonderful FREE family event, which includes a photo with the Easter Bunny! Limit one photo per family.
