St. Joseph Hospital Welcomes Deborah Tighe as Its New Executive Director of Philanthropy


Deb TigheSt. Joseph Hospital, a member of Covenant Health, announced today Deborah Tighe has joined the leadership team as its Executive Director of Philanthropy. In this important role, Tighe will be responsible for the hospital’s comprehensive philanthropic program, which includes annual funds and major gifts as well as oversight of planned gifts and donor stewardship.

“I’m very excited Deb has joined our team,” said J. Bradford Coffey, Senior Vice President and Foundation President, Covenant Health. “Her significant experience will allow her to hit the ground running and actively engage with the St. Joe’s and Greater Nashua communities to bolster support for the hospital.”

Jurczyk, FACHE, Covenant Senior Vice President and President of St. Joseph Hospital. “She has a solid track record of success in building relationships with community members and garnering support for organizations that strive to make a positive difference in people’s lives.”

Tighe has dedicated her career to philanthropy and has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, relationship building, major gifts, events management and more. Prior to this role, Tighe held the positions of Director of Development & Communications at Gateways Community Services in Nashua, N.H.; Learning Coach for Southern New Hampshire University’s College of America in Manchester, N.H. and Director of Campaign at United Way of Greater Nashua in Nashua, N.H. She earned her bachelor’s degree from State University College of New York at Oneonta.
