Patient Satisfaction
St. Joseph Hospital measures patient satisfaction through nationally-recognized healthcare research organization, Press Ganey, Inc. The surveys which are mailed to patients' homes, in order to ensure confidentiality, ask patients to rate various aspects of their visit on a scale of very good (100 percent) to poor (0 percent). Results are reported to department directors on a regular basis. Feedback from patients allows us to constantly focus on performance improvement, while enhancing our services and programs.
