Wound Care Clinic

The Wound Care Clinic helps wounds heal faster, while avoiding re-injury and infection. A wide range of services include treatment of wounds caused by injuries, sugery, and diabetes, as well as ostomy care. At the Wound Care Clinic, patients meet privately with a nurse who specialized in wound care to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to at home wound care equipment and supplies. Susan Dionne, APRN and Danielle Szarek, BSN, RN, CWOCN, offer education about the importance of proper wound care and work closely with patients and their primary care physicians to develop an individualized plan of care.
