Brad Coffey, Senior Vice President & President, Covenant Health Foundation

Brad leads philanthropy for Covenant Health Foundation and its members, including St. Joseph Hospital. Brad was hired in 2015 after spending 15 years raising philanthropic support for healthcare and higher education. He has been an attorney licensed to practice law in Maine since 1993 and is a graduate of the George Washington University and the University of Maine School of Law. Deborah Tighe, Executive Director of PhilanthropyDeborah Tighe, Executive Director of Philanthropy, St. Joseph Hospital

Deb joined St. Joseph Hospital in 2020. She has more than 25 years' experience in Fundraising and Development in higher education, health and human services and civic nonprofits. She also is certified in academic coaching. Deb has been a part of the Nashua community for 20 years and will share St Joseph’s mission leading the efforts for fostering and securing funding revenue for the hospital. Karen Bradshaw joins the St. Joseph Hospital Foundation from several years working as Development Director and grant writer at a CT public library. As the Foundation Grants Associate, she researches and coordinates grant submissions and reporting on behalf of, and in concert with, hospital leaders and program managers. Karen is a graduate of Clark University (Worcester, MA) and together with her family (husband Kevin and son Oliver) loves to read, cook and explore new places.
